Logo, visual identity and vinyl sleeve designs for Sleeveless Records, a start-up independent record label based in the Midlands.
Sleeveless Records required a logo and visual identity for their roster of artists. It was important for the branding to represent the label's core values, one of which being to enjoy and share music socially.
The idea was to provide an alternative to other labels and artists, in an era where it is so easy and convenient but impersonal to download an MP3.
Vinyl sleeves were designed which kept in line with brand values but differentiated between artists. Rolled inks, letterpressed typography and organic materials were used to compliment the genres of music with each artist having their own visual style.
There were a range of collectable items including photographs, calendars and pop-ups.
